All of our cages will come flat packed – It came with a sufficient pictorial manual. Screws were in marked plastic bags. Panels are stamped and come ready to be screwed together. Many have dowel rods that fit nicely into pre-drilled holes(pre-drilling will prevent any cracks and preserve sturdiness while keeping wood intact). 4. Where Are the Products Made? All Aivituvin products are made in China, who have over 21 years of experience making wooden pet houses, and passes Walmart Audit. We have a 1,000,000 sq. ft factory with an advanced machine, experienced workers, and producing over 2000 pieces of products daily. Besides, Aivituvin is one of the leading brands in the wooden pet house industry. 5. Do You Deliver to My Area? We endeavor to deliver to every address in American. However, it is not available on some areas that are remote or difficult to access ( like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands. (There is no delivery service for the places listed above ). 6.How Do I Track My Order? You will receive a shipment confirmation email with Tracking # once your order is shipped out. You can track the package status via the courier website. Or please feel free to contact us to check. 7.Do I Need to be Home for the Delivery? No – we can organize an authority to leave the delivery, so you don’t need to be home, and the courier will leave it in a safe place. Aivituvin products have been treated with a non-hazardous, water-based painting, which provides initial protection from weather conditions, but the product should be treated regularly if used outside. Wood dries out when not maintained and can become cracked, warp or become unsightly. For this reason, you should thoroughly clean and treat your pets hutch regularly using wood cleaning products and re-painting the hutch that is animal safe after half a year. Besides, pls find a place that is as sheltered as possible to avoid wear and tear from the weather. 10.Cancellation Policy We try to process orders within one business day (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays) whenever possible, so if you cancel the same day, we should be able to keep the order from shipping and have you refunded within 1-2 business days.Returns Thousands of customers have been happy with our customer service because of our easy returns program which makes your purchasing experience as simple as possible.We accept returned items within 30 days of purchase for any reason and some of our products accept free returns.
